Mothership is founded by four entrepreneurs to create a community of 50 additional working entrepreneurs who recognize the importance of collaboration to diversify revenue streams, to engage with multiple investments and to design a micro economy together.

First 50 players form an initial hub.
No existing network forges entrepreneurs into hubs that can harness the energy of that network and to integrate into opportunities and problem-solving groups.

Round 1: 1st Three Years
Capital injections
Each Player invests $25k annually
build your player
Each Player contributes $350/month in membership fees to generate immediate revenues to activate the hubs…physical campuses and virtual resources.
Mothership begins as a business investment fund.
First 50 Entreprenerds x $25k = $1.25M/yr
$1.25M x 3 years = $3.75M in capital
To inject into core operations
and to acquire new opportunities.
Player Voting
- Vote at the end of 3 years to continue, to evolve, or to cancel investment portion of the game.
- Individual Players can be voted off the island by majority vote at any time.
- Ownership can only be sold to approved buyers at any point. Any dividends paid between years 1-3 are yours to keep.
- Vesting matures at the end of the 3rd year. The network has first dibs on your shares.
- Up to Year 3 (vesting), any premature exit is dollar for dollar. The value of your position is equivalent to the dollars invested by that point. (Ex. family emergency; personal health; lack of time; moving)
- You as a Player will help us refine the rules.
